What I liked
Took my husband to UHCW for a consultation, which was an urgent GP referal. Braved the snowy roads. On arrival to ward 43 - we were told the consultant was on A/L. Cost one days leave from work and £3 car parking, not to mention my husband remains symptomatic.
What could be improved
COMUNICATION - PLEASE SPEAK DIRECT TO THE PATIENT (my husband). My husbands UHCW consultants admin team has my husbands mobile and landline numbers.
