"Wrongs Righted"

I recently left a review that related to the delayed/wrong referral where I was left waiting for a number of weeks before having an hysteroscopy procedure. I would like to give credit where credit is now due in that following my complaint my procedure was brought forward as I had already been waiting some time due to I was led to believe a wrong referral. I would like to say that when I eventually had the procedure this was carried out on time and in a very professional and sensitive way. I have nothing but praise for the team who were able to explain everything in a straight forward way and treated me with the upmost respect. I think it's important to give praise where is it due and although I had experienced some delay in being seen which had caused me some anxiety this was put right, firstly by listening to my complaint and actioning an earlier appointment and secondly by the professional team that carried out the procedure which has restored my faith in the gynaecology department.
