Visited out patients today, 15th October, and was able to park the car near by! Welcome smile from a volunteer on arrival and was taken round to clinic within 5 minutes. Another cheerful welcome from HCA. Very clean waiting area. Consultant surgeon very pleasant indeed as was the attentive Staff Nurse. Couldn't have received better treatment in the private sector. The improvement in the staff and running of the hospital is very encouraging. My only complaint is everyone should be wearing a clear readable name badge with their title/position written under their name. Although I believe you are supplying a #Hello badge, what an earth for? Can staff not say Hello to patients themselves? As a high percentage of patients are of the older generation,how many of them are like me.....................never heard of #Hello! Less is more and saves money. Hospitals do not need to be trendy!
