"A& E and fracture clinic"

I attended A&E on a Saturday evening after a cycling accident, expecting long delays. I was infact seen very quickly and was extremely impressed by the kindness and patience of the staff. A lovely healthcare assistant gently cleaned my many facial wounds. On return a week later to fracture clinic I again found all staff to be competent and friendly. I was sent for an MRI which again included almost no wait and was given results immediately afterwards. Thank you all.
