"Annoyed"

Being sent letter to book appt, did so, took day off to attend appt, arriving at orsett hospital to be told no record of appt , apparently the one and only consultant went sick back in august and as you didn't have anyone else capable to hold consultations you cancelled, but failed to tell me. One work say wasted. You told me to ring and rebook, I tried, was told a letter will be sent, really.....hmmmm, I wonder if I will get this one. And if the appt not suitable you say, I can ring apps and rebook, merry-go-rounds aren't much fun, one gets sick of some things. I do however have private medical insurance but it comes with £100 excess, now I'm considering doing that and sending you the bill. This debacle of a system is not acceptable and seriously needs reviewing. I await your reply in anticipation Yours, unhappily Joe brown.
