Just arrived back after a 24 hour stay in the ENT department for treatment on an extremely painful quinsy. I cant believe what a difference that hospital has made in just 24 hours! All the staff, from the doctors, nurses, night staff, cleaners, catering - very thorough, thoughtful, and willing to listen to your concerns. Certainly not just going through the motions. 5 stars
