"Still Not Good Enough !!"

This is the second time I have left a review about this department in the last few months. Having received an appointment quite quickly after the last review I left, I was hoping that my diagnosis would follow quite promptly. Sadly not!! I'm still un-diagnosed!! My last appointment was on August 11th. Lots of things were discussed, MRI scan (8 month waiting list), bone density scan, physio, blood tests etc etc ..... To date I am still waiting for any type of follow up appointment or any type of letter detailing my care plan. KGH assured me last time that they had taken on board all my concerns and were getting more staff to deal with appointments and letter typing. I see no evidence of this. Only last week KGH were on the news for being "not great" at what they do. I can fully endorse this. They are not great!! Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get a diagnosis?? In the meantime I am in pain and totally fed up with all the waiting......
