What I liked

I spent 12 hours in the North Middx (15/12/09) for key hole surgery to my left Knee. From the time I arrived at the admissions lounge at 7.30am and till the time I left Eleanor East ward in the evening. I was kept informed of what was going to happen and was treated in a most informative and friendly way.

On the 7/01/10 I met the consultant surgeon and was treated in the same informative and friendly manner

Thank you all.

What could be improved

If I must comment maybe the food !! but I suppose it depends on each inviduals expectations

Anything else?

Let the people who use the Hospital know what it cost them in waiting times and monies by patients who turn up too late and patients who do not turn up at all for appointments
