Staff conduct towards patients.

Staff detailing ante natal case notes properly.

Staff to input correct/accurate patient information into computer system.

Staff to address and respect the patient accordingly.

Staff to treat the pregnant woman like a married mother instead of a 10 year old.

Staff shortages and excuses for unnecessary long term waiting.

Anything else?

This hospital and it's Staff expect both my Husband and myself to give medical care authority to them regarding my new born baby when they cannot even get my name right.

How can these staff members guarantee the safety and welfare of my baby or myself, when so much incompetetence is evident.

My experience today was that Hospital staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing and when challenged by my Husband, were more interested in drinking cups of tea and blaming staff shortages for their incompetence.

Verdict?

Absolutely disgraceful.
