"I think you’re all doing a wonderful job"

I am currently being treated at both New Cross Hospital and the Princess Royal for two different medical problems. If I had a choice, I would choose New Cross every time. The reason I say this is because here at New Cross there is a professionalism along with a sense of humour, which makes me feel comfortable and safe, whilst knowing I am receiving the best of care. I want you to know, I think you’re all doing a wonderful job. Thank you for your warmth, humour, care and attention. Once again many thanks to all members of staff.
