What I liked

Being kept informed constantly of any decisions and being reassured. Any questions answered in terms that I could understand. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to ALL the staff on Herrick Ward who were constantly busy but had time for each and every patient.I was encouraged at all times likewise all the other patients in my bay. In hospital you usually get "one" member of staff that that upsets a patient but the teamwork on this ward was so perfect and professional it could not happen. No matter how much pressure the staff were under, they remained cheeful at all times.

What could be improved

I cannot think of one thing that could of improved my stay.

Anything else?

Just a comment about the food. It was always presented nicely, hot and a very good menu for any patient on this ward.
