What I liked

The whole hospital is dirty and depressing, the majority of the staff encountered were rude and uncaring, I am appaled to even say I was born there.

What could be improved

Hygiene, staff, organisation, the buildings being demolished and rebuilt.

I am sorry to hear that your experience of Northwick Park Hospital was so negative.
