"Happy with my nephew's care and treatment in A&E"

Last week my nephew was unfortunate enough to have two accidents, both of which required a visit to the A&E department, and a short hospital stay whist he was operated on. On both occasions the staff were fabulous with him. The department was incredibly busy and was obvious that there just aren't enough staff to deal with the volume of patients, but their care of my nephew was great. On the second visit, he had badly broken his arm and was in a great deal of pain. He was given immediate treatment and care, until pain had subsided. Although there was a lot of waiting (which is not the fault of the staff who work there) he was dealt with very professionally. It's a real shame that there are people who think they are entitled to be seen immediately and get very abusive towards the staff. As the NHS receives so much negative press, I would like to say that there are still some fantastic people working for it who do an amazing job.
