I was due for continuing Carpal Tunnel surgery, one hand was operated on in October, and that was a bad experience from an admin viewpoint (I was not on the theatre list when I arrived).

Then after consultation and a pre-op appointment I was informed over the phone 4 days prior to surgery that the hospital had changed their rules and they would no longer operate on patients with a BMI over 40, but this had not been explained at choose and book
