What could be improved

Well i went for a pilanidal abcess on my back which i was hoping to get it operated on, after seeing the doctor he told me that i was being put on a surgery list for this Tuesday coming, earlier this week when i had not heard off the hospital about my surgery i phoned up and was angered to find out that actually i wasn't on the operating list, yes i should have been and the head of the clinic had instructed for me to be put on the list but no one bothered to tell the secretary to actually put me on it. This is unacceptable! I am in extreme amounts of pain and am desperate to have this operated on to relieve the pain and just when i thought things were moving forward i was told no im not on the list because of bad organisation. To say i am outraged is an understatement.
