What I liked

I went into Fulwood Hall Hospital for a total hysteractomy. The treatment I received was excellent. I only stayed in two days! I totally believe that my quick recovery was down to the care received from every member of staff from the nurses to the cleaners and the lovely people who delivered your meals, all were at all times, efficient, sympathetic, encouraging and most of all friendly! nothing was too much trouble for any of them, they should all be congratulated!

What could be improved

Anything else?

I loved that my family and friends could visit at any time, I noticed as I left that there was a sign saying that this would change, I'm sure you have your reasons but for me, seeing my daughters in the morning before they had to go to their birthday party was priceless and having my best friend stay with me until late when I was a bit down was also invaluable.
