What I liked
The friendliness and care of staff were excellent on both of my visits so far. From reception to consultation there was a genuine warmth.
I would say the only thing that does let it down is the apparent lack of investment of facilities and decor. However, my care was on a par with anything received privately in the past and would recommend this hospital time and time again.
What could be improved
As mentioned the decor has an air of sinking ship. I do hope this is not the case as the staff and location are amazing.
