Having been on Sheridan a few times I just wanted to mention how brilliant the nursing staff are.

Obviously its a psychiatric ward, and there are some days and some staff who are better than others, but the place is well managed, and on the whole is as calm-a-place it could be to get better.

PS: I'll never forget the dedication of staff during the recent snow; coming in to work despite knowing they probably couldn't get home, and sleeping over so as to be there the following morning.

As far as I'm concerned they're all superstars.
