I would very much like to thank the staff of of Fern House Surgery, especially the doctor and nurses who looked after my partner who was struggling to breathe, they acted quickly and efficiently to get him onto oxygen and call an ambulance to take him to hospital.

It was a doctor that we had never seen before and they instantly recognised the distress he was in and was very professional, extremely kind and kept popping in to ensure he was OK between patients before the ambulance arrived.
