I strongly recommend that you don't make the same mistake I did; open up to these people and tell them your darkest secrets, only for them to fail you through incompetence.

They didn't help me; they made me worse.

If you hear voices and see things then you're in luck, they will help you.

Any other problem in your mind and they are clueless, unwilling and unable to help.
