"group therapy"

I was an out patient for a few weeks, had a breakdown, and apart from the fact it made me realise how lucky i was compared to others, I was treated with humanity and respect. One particular member of staff was superb. I was back to work within 6 weeks. Still have problems so I`m going to look for therapy,CBT this time. But top marks for Foundation house for me. this was 2009. It wont allow the real date below so ignore
