My daughter was under the camhs team, Sussex partnership. She got steadily worse, and is now lifetime in-patient. The service was appalling, I complained to try and raise awareness of the situation.I wrote to them at the time - concerned about my daughters decline. She was just a normal girl, now she is ruined and needs 24hr care. They let her down badly and her parents and her twin sister. We trusted them to look after her. She now requires 24hr care, has no future and is permanently disabled. I was merely asking for help. The letters are there too. Always with love to my beloved daughter, Dad x

I am very sorry that your daughter is so ill and you have had such a negative experience of our services - one which now has been compounded by not having your message on Patient Opinion acknowledged.

I can see that you have already been in touch with the organisation to make a complaint so we know about your feelings and views and I hope that things have become better as a result. If you have more to add or it would be helpful to you please get in touch via this site.

We have made changes to make sure that messages on Patient Opinion do not go unanswered again
