"visited a few months back for tinnitus"

I visited a few months back I I have hearing loss and tinnitus was very pleased with the service and was told I needed a hearing aid and I would be referred and would get an appointment in a few weeks now I'm still waiting for it 3 months down the line how long does it take I thought it was really a good department but now not so sure
