"Amazing staff and lovely hospital"

I have just returned home with my daughter following a day in this hospital for her to have a grommet put in. She is 9 years old and was very nervous! I have nothing but praise for all of the staff who helped care for her today, every single one of them spoke to her in an age appropriate way making sure that she was as much involved and informed about what was happening as I was. We where kept informed about what was happening each step of the way and she was offered various activities to keep her occupied while we waited. The ward was very clean and all the staff looked smart and I was impressed at the security to get on and off the ward. The carpark was free to use which is now unheard, and directions where clear throughout the building, would absolutely recommend Trafford General to anyone.
