"One of the worst GP practices ever."

I am writing this review for the second time because previous reviews seem to have disappeared. Not sure why.

Reception staff:

Bad tempered, disrespectful with can't be bothered attitude.

Manager:

Can never be contacted, does not respond to messages/enquiries/complaints

Doctors:

Somewhat polite (those I have seen) but generally not interested in your illness.

Don't explain, involve patients in decisions.

Regular Appointments:

You need to be out of this world to get one before 3 weeks.

Sometime 4 or 5 too.

Emergency appointments:

Stand outside early or something to fight for a chance of same day appointment.

This was true last year but I've heard now you are allowed to go in the waiting area.

This review is a result of being registered with this surgery for almost 5 years and because of consistency in their performance and attitude.
