What I liked

The radiologist was sensitive, and very personable.

What could be improved

Appointment system. It is so old fashioned - everyone given the same time and made to wait up to 2 hours. No account was taken of elderly and infirm clients.

The Doctor I saw had not read my notes and I gave him the diagnosis that had been given by the Radiologist.

The waiting area was shabby and there was an air of disorganaisation.

Anything else?

I would not recommend this service.
