What could be improved

Trying to get an appointment to see a consult/ doctor in the gastroenterology department is like asking for the moon.

Try to make an appointment on line only comes up with, "No appointments available" so you have to phone the appointments booking number. Again no chance, if we haven't heard anything within the next 14 days get in touch with your own doctor. Now even though I don't particularly want to travel to another hospital to be treated am I given the opportunity, you guessed

it, "NO" so much for choice.
