What could be improved

The reception staff are very rude.

I have thought this for a long time now, they've been very short with me on a number of occasions.

I just phoned to make an appointment now and was simply told to phone back later, no apology, no explanation, phone put down as quickly as possible.

I'm a carer who works full time and I have limited time to chase things which shouldn't need chasing.
