About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Breast surgery

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been treated for breast cancer. The Whole procedure was well handled, with minimum waiting time. The staff were very smiley, people were pleasant and helpful with a positive attitude. I got lots of written information, and it was good to have the little cafe at Linda McCartney. However, the waiting area gets very full.
