Comment about Liverpool Community Health treatment room at Childwall Fiveways
I needed to visit the treatment room to have stitches removed wound checked after being knocked of my bicycle. The nurse was friendly and caring. She asked me to go back again two weeks later as part of the wound had not yet healed. It felt quite a personal service because she remembered me from my previous visit.
Services can feel quite impersonal at times so it is lovely when they don't
