"Great care at St Paul's Eye Hospital, Royal Liverpool Hospital"

I want to pass on positive comments about the Ophthalmic Department. On Friday I accompanied my mother to her appointment at the Eye Hospital. I explained that my mother had Alzheimer. The staff did everything possible to keep alleviate what could have been a stressful experience for my mother. A nurse named Steve was especially helpful. He went out of his way to make alternative arrangements when I explained that my mother would be unable to read the letters on the test card because of the extent of her illness.
