What I liked
While having a minor operation on my eye under local anaesthetic I was treated very courteously, everything was explained in full, and I especially liked that someone held my hand while the procedure was carried out. This was very reassuring
What could be improved
More information about how long I would have to wait would have helped with arrangements for collection
