"Thanks for my treatment"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

Today I was having a spinal epidural to try to reduce the pain and I must say how pleased I was with the care and treatment I received, right from the friendly but professional receptionist to the rest of the team. All staff from the doctor to the nurses were also excellent and treated me with care,dignity and professionally.

Sadly I have been in various hospitals from Spain to Wales to Birmingham and today's treatment was exceptional!

Also I felt I did not have to wait long for my treatment and the complete process was well organised and went through seamlessly.
