Respect, dignity and professional
A1 treatment from my first visit with specialist, exceptional service from X Ray, MRI & CT department, Colonoscopy unit and clinical nurse.
Thank you for treatment I have received during January 2016.

I am sure that staff would simply comment that this quality of service is one that they always aspire to but don't always achieve for a number of reasons.
