"Excellent walk-in treatment"

On a very busy day when staff must have been rushed off their feet, we were still seen reasonably quickly. The waiting area was clean and acceptably comfortable. The consulting rooms were also very clean and pleasant. The best thing about the visit was the staff: they could not have been more helpful, pleasant, friendly, efficient and patient, explaining everything clearly and with genuine interest and a smile.
