"Telephone service is SHOCKING"

You really need to improve your telephone service.

I was put through to the operate twice and cut off both times (I didn't have the departments number that I needed).

I then had to go through my phone call history on my mobile and eventually found the department number that I needed.

I then called this number 10 times! I got through twice and yet again was cut off both times!!!.

When I finally got through after 30 mins trying the secretary at the fracture clinic was extremely rude and got really annoyed with me as I didn't know my consultants name (they take the hospital letter off you when you arrive for the appointment so I didn’t know!) and stated ‘I work for 3 doctors’.

I then got annoyed back and said I have been waiting for physiotherapy and that I hadn’t received my appointment, they then told me my letter that was faxed over had got lost (who faxes now days???!! EMAIL the physiotherapy department!...are we still working in the 80's?).

They then apologised for being rude and blamed it on my department that had put me through to.

Anyway after all this I still haven’t' received my appointment and now I just have the hump!


Nice to see what my money is bring wasted on!
