"I gave birth at the maternity ..."

What I liked

I gave birth at the maternity unit in Southmead hospital with my first child. My labour was long but the staff on the delivery suite were brillant!!The staff were very understanding and did everything they could to help, I would highly recommend southmead to anyone who is unsure of where to give birth.

Staff on the ward were very helpful and understanding even if at times they were understaffed.

What could be improved

Parking is very hard and can be very frustrating when your in labour and you can not find anywhere to park.
