"outrageous Waste and inefficiency"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

Have tried to contact the Xray dept to cancel a CT scan over 50 times its either engaged or the twice I did get through it rang without being answered for 20 minutes... The appointment letter explains that missing an appointment means wasting NHS money...How on earth are you supposed to cancel....The appointment will now be missed. what a waste of taxpayers money.
