(as a service user),

I found this place years ago and I’ve been coming all these years and the staff have always been friendly and stuck with through the best of time, but the biggest problem has the key workers changing sometimes once a month, which can get really tiring some times. Apart from that things are usually fine

Thanks for your feedback. I am glad to hear you have found our service useful and friendly. I fully accept your point around staff changes. Unfortunately it has taken us some time to fill some vacancies so we have relied on agency staff. We are now fully staffed so hopefully you will keep the same keyworker.
