STARS makes me feel good : )

I feel secure in myself and I feel safe coming here. The staff make me as if I have support in a lost society and host mentally. I hope to have a reduction in methadone so I can adjust emotionally. In the past 3 months STARS have made a really big positive change in my life in the view of giving up methadone as before we were just sailing along with no change

It is great that you are now contemplating making changes to your methadone. Remember we have a full programme at STARs to support you when the time right for you for you to reduce / detox.
