(as the patient),

I think it is a very supportive service and it has made me realise how much substance I have used.

I think that they should be a little more punctual

I also like to work with others who have the same problem, it really helps to see success in others.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that you have found staff are not always punctual, that's not acceptable. If this happens again and you don't get a plausible explanation to the reason why please ask to speak to myself or the team manager.

I too am a great believer that recovery breeds recovery and it great that you are finding this useful I.e. accessing groups with others who are succeeding. All the best with your recovery and keep engaging what we have on offer. Tracy
