Adam is an exceptionally skilled, empathic and professional therapist. He is able to adjust counselling methods to the most suited approach to move complex needs forward.

Despite frequently arriving at counselling in the midst of distressing situations (that had emerged since the last session) I lleft having a (difficult) potential way forward. So important when the future seemed an unbearablly painful option.

I cannot think of anything that can be improved. I had been referred and had sought help since July 2012. I had received support via a course for binge-eating; via a Cruse bereavement counsellor and Relate counselling. All had their value but bearly progressed my situation or relieved my distress.

I cannot express my appreciation enough to Adam and this service.
