(as the patient),

My recently appointment was at the Endoscopy Department. The treatment I received by all staff concerned was exemplary, Doctor, Endoscopist, Nurses and Receptionist. The care and compassion and professionalism was of Gold Standard. Well done N. H. S. Well done Cannock Chase Hospital.
