"Brilliant A&E and Processes"

About: York Hospital

My father was admitted via ambulance on the morning of Monday 25th January.

The whole process from first speaking to a paramedic to admission was efficient and well managed.

The ambulance crew were great and even popped in later to see how we were doing!

The A&E staff were kind and courteous, the whole system for processing the incoming patients was well thought out and adhered to.

My father was treated with the utmost dignity.

We were kept informed at all times and were amazed at just how speedily everything happened.

I am pleased to report that my father is now recovering well and has agreed to me posting this review on his behalf.
