What I liked

I would just like to say a big thank-you to the Doctor & all the staff of the day surgery unit, ward 3 who struggled through the deep snow to get into work on tuesday the 5th Jan. After fasting for 2 days I thought that my surgery would have been cancelled but enough of the nursing team made it into work & I managed to get there & my operation was completed. The ward was clean, warm & a possitive atmosphere was felt. Considering the 8" of snow outside the staff were happy, smiling & reasuring. I could not have had better treatment anywhere. Thank-you all.
