What I liked

My girlfriend suffers with asthma and was taken into CDU where unfortunately she received very poor treatment. She was blue lighted to CDU and from being taken off the ambulance everything went downhill. It took absoloutely sges for nurses to assess her however when she was assessed by the doctor things got moving fairly well. However she was moved to ward 20 the following day and things went really pear shaped, she had a bad attack and it took 90 minutes to get a doctor, 4 and a half hours to sort out drugs on discharge and a discharge letter which was an absoloute disgrace!!!

What could be improved

Everything, we are now putting a complaint forward against the hospital and considering taking it further, at one point they even suggested her asthma may be phsycological!!! Very unhappy

Anything else?

This hosiptial has very little care for patients and in my opinion has massive areas for improvement.
