"Kept in the dark"

I am on a lot of medication, I was sent in hospital in nov and after a week I came out, I was sent in again for a week in January and on coming out nothing has been resolved, in 5 days I was in 4 wards, never saw same doctor twice. I keep being sick and lost my appetite but not once was I asked if I had eaten, they never took a urine sample, had ct scan and given conflicting stories. My daughter came to see me in tears after talking to the sister on the ward saying it said in my notes I had suicidel thoughts, first I heard of it, I had to calm her down, why was this written in my notes and what about patient confidentiality? There is a lot more for me to say, I don't need this as my Husband is so worried but he came to see a doctor but never got to see one. I am not well as I had gca polymyalgia,emphysema, asthma and now this horrible sickness that they can't seem to do anything about,
