"Worst NHS experience"

Have visited the hospital in the last week for a minor injury and am very disappointed. I felt like I was putting the staff out by going to get some help on a medical condition. They were not friendly and very I n sensitive. Will not be visiting here again!

The Complaints & PALS Team’s role includes helping to resolve local concerns, providing information/signposting, listening to people about their experiences and logging compliments about clinical services.
