"Colonoscopy Monday 18th Jan"

I thought all the staff from reception to nurses as well as the doctor who did the procedure were first class. I was made to feel at ease and knew exactly what to expect. Everything was on time and I had no ill effects.

Not a complaint but an observation when you have forms reprinted where it asks for details of your partner and their relationship to you, maybe add 'same sex marriage' everybody got confused because I put husband. I am in a same sex marriage!
