I was an inpatient on the 14 January for a gynaecological procedure.

From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was very impressed.

I attended outpatients and was seen on time as indeed I was when I attended for my pre.op. I was at all times treated with the utmost respect.

The in - patient experience was exceptional. My room was bright and sunny and overlooked the lake which was very calming.

I felt cared for and in 'good hands'. . Staff were informative, friendly but at all times professional.

I was even more impressed when I received a call to check on my progress a couple of days after returning home.

I would recommend Renacres most highly.
